By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. By purchasing an item advertised on this website and/or by completing the registration process to open an account with Joy’s - Flowers for you, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Joy’s - Flowers for you may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.

The use of this website and these conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under Irish Law. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts system and any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts System.

Deliveries

Ireland and UK

The delivery charge for Dublin is €10. We offer a delivery service to Greater Dublin area Monday – Saturday. Delivery on public holidays and Sundays is possible but there will be a delivery surcharge of €20.

For Ireland (outside Dublin) and UK delivery costs €10.95 once ordered before 13.00 on the day of delivery.

For same day delivery please place your order before 13.00 hrs. and it will normally be delivered between 9am and 6pm except for offices which will be delivered by 5pm. Overseas orders may have an earlier cut-off time and next day delivery will be requested should it be too late for same day.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery for a specified delivery time, except for funerals. However we will always do our best to accommodate any special requests.

Rest of the world

Deliveries by Interflora to the rest of the World (Europe, USA. etc) cost €12. Product styles and prices differ from country to country and should it be necessary, we will advise you of any increase in the product price by email. Deliveries to some distant or remote rural areas may not be possible through the Interflora network should there be no Interflora member close to the delivery area. If it is the case, you will be advised of this by email.

Currency

All prices on www.joysflowers.ie are listed in Euro (EUR).

Alcohol

All Wine and Champagne products offered on www.joysflowers.ie are NOT available to persons under the age of 18 years. This may be checked at time of delivery. The items will not be handed over to individuals under the age of 18. ID may be requested.

Substitutions

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your flower arrangement or gift is delivered within time period specified. We will endeavour to ensure that your order is as similar as possible to the requested arrangement/gift ordered on www.joysflowers.ie.

Returns Policy

Joy’s - Flowers for you guarantee that every order delivered personally by us will be of good quality, in good condition and to the full retail value on the day of delivery. Any complaint must be notified to us as soon as possible after delivery and always within 48 hours as it is our policy to replace the item with another of equal value should this be required. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for our florists to assess the cause of the problem.

With regard to deliveries made through Interflora, any complaint of dissatisfaction must be notified to the Interflora Florist who delivered the order as soon as possible after delivery.
